Two important features of the Dense
Phase Conveying design combine to provide a
non-fluidizing conveying technique which in turn
reduces air requirements. Pressure requirement is
high. Design depends on material and application
objectives.
Dense phase pressure system utilizes high pressure,
low volume (cfm) Air / Gas as the motive force to
transfer powder or granular bulk solid through a
pipeline at low velocity.
